Drs Janice Elenbaas and Patrick Mahaney Present at BlogPaws 2012
Have you heard of BlogPaws? If not, you should be aware of this impressive gathering of individuals and organizations committed to promoting awareness of pet health and welfare issues through the use of media. BlogPaws is a great educational and networking opportunity for animal-centric writers, devotees of canine and feline rescue, hosts of radio or television shows, and producers of Hollywood feature films.
2012 was my third time attending BlogPaws and my first time presenting (and Cardiff's first accompaniment). Lucky Dog Cuisine's Dr. Janice Elenbaas and I traveled to Salt Lake City, UT and co-presented on our experiences developing businesses based on our professional interests and beliefs. SlideShare hosts our full presentation: 5 Steps to Building Your Brand as a Reflection of Your Principles.
Phil Hammond, Cardiff, and Dr. Patrick Mahaney Rock Out for PetSmart
BlogPaws is also a fun experience, as you get the rare chance for real life face time with your fellow pet media cohorts. Additionally, cool companies like PetSmart, Walk In Sync, Doodie Pack, pet360, and others share novel products and models for information sharing.
Cardiff, Janice, and I took advantage of the complimentary Bret Michaels pet accessories provided by Pet Smart. I think Cardiff looks the perfect combination of tough and teddy in his pleather biker jacket.
Needless to say, I'm honored to become a BlogPaws board member and look forward to both presenting and shaping the curriculum for BlogPaws 2013 (Tysons Corner, VA) and beyond.
