This has been a sad summer so far, as a few of my patients have left this earth after many years of life. Recently, “Pepper”, a gentle elderly canine from the Rascal and Chloe Fund, Inc., passed away.
I was part of the team of veterinarians that have worked to make Pepper healthier. Within the first few weeks of working with Pepper, I saw him improve to a state better health. He maintained a good quality of life for many months.
Pepper will be missed by all those that were involved in his care.
